I tried the new Huberman protocol this morning and I feel like an entirely new person. I woke up at 5am, did a cold plunge with my first wife, then headed over to the gym and did an hour of weightlifting with my second wife, and finally ended the morning eating breakfast with my third wife and stepkids. Insane levels focus right now
