XRP used directly in this SWIFT 17-bank pilot: very low. XRPL used indirectly somewhere in the broader Ripple/RLUSD ecosystem: possible. Ripple the company benefiting from the same institutional shift: possible, maybe even likely. XRP becoming the universal bank bridge asset: much lower than the old thesis suggested. The brutal but clean conclusion: Ripple may have been right about the problem. Ripple may still build a strong business. But XRP may not be the asset that captures the value.
