Do you think a participant can give the finalized answer/concept? The idea had to be reworked by professionals, art directors, marketers...

Our website run marketing contests where creative people (non professionals) can give their ideas and win prizes. Those ideas are then used by creatives (professionals) to find new concepts.

These contests helps the creatives to have inspirational ideas. It's a complement and not a substitute, so how is this damaging the creative industry?

We are just an external tool that brings freshness. All our clients still have creatives, agencies, consultant...
