@BongCapital May I kindly ask you contact our customer care team again and we can discuss this further as the 30 days is to report damage on delivery, it is not a guarantee. The 2 year manufacturing guarantee is in place for all items and covered any manufacturing defects that may occur.

@BongCapital Hello, thank you for contacting dwell. I can confirm we do offer a 2 year manufacturing guarantee on all items and we advise that should there be any damage on delivery, this is reported within the first 30 days. Please see our website for more information regarding this.
