After the presentation, students offer screening for social needs (either in-person or via QR code) to anyone interested. Those with identified social needs can request assistance & a @DukeU student will follow-up with them by phone for local resources & @nccare360 enrollment!

@DukeMedSchool students give talks on common medical & public health problems, & draw connections between social drivers of health & these conditions for our audiences. Understanding how non-medical issues impact one’s health can empower our community to make healthier choices.
