@wyohorn @tstreit15 @jeremyct I think the fed can be blamed for quite a bit. Unfortunately, what seems to be needed in our time is an answer to the dilemma besides finding someone to blame (Boomers, the fed, etc.).
@tstreit15 @jeremyct If George Gilder is right, based on the concept of time prices, and factoring in improvements in home quality (I disagree with him there) and better interest rates, homes are _cheaper_ relative to average income. I don't completely agree with Gilder but it's good counterpoint.

@JezziiB You forget that she had a year-long campaign for her first run, and that she also had four years of public example in the White House as Vice President. Unfortunately, the reality is, she's just not a strong candidate (I'm a Republican, for the record).
@jeremyct I bet your uncle's first house wasn't the equivalent of a 365k house adjusted for his time, though. My Boomer Dad also had an easier time as far as things went, but his starter house was tiny. Far smaller than my starter house.
The only way I can account for the housing market remaining high while so many claim to be unable to afford housing is government overreach somewhere in the equation. Otherwise, economic laws would balance things out and prices would drop.
I've been saying for well over a year now that the psychedelics wave is coming. Nothing can stop it. It will crash over America and the church, and unless you prepare, it will leave devastation in your families and communities.

When you presume the cops are righteous enough to be given tools like Flock cameras, you have also reached a police state. In this point of view, suspicion defaults to resting on the citizens, not the police. Whatever that is, it's not conservatism.
A police state is when the accused have no rights. It is not when cops are great at their jobs and have state of the art tools. The lack of rights is the problem with China and every other awful country.
