@WesleyHuntTX @carter_squared I would qualify this to say DEI without measurable goals should be eliminated. If you want to encourage “traditionally underrepresented” groups to be in STEM, why not also encourage more male elementary teachers and nurses? And what’s a reasonable target for each field?

I’ve heard that even mentioning jury nullification can be a contempt charge in some jurisdictions near me (NJ). My standard answer is “Your honor, law was meant to serve man, not the other way around.” I let him/her figure it out. I’ve been selected. It was always a straightforward case….
