Swam in the Arctic Ocean today.... that'll do!
@UKMTB_Chat I have the amazon nestling/ cree lights and they are good for the money (see recent ride in the Quantocks). Batteries aren't great so for this winter coming I shall be getting some new batteries from mtbbatteries.co.uk in the hope they are gonna last better!
@lespauljunior3 @Orbea Its the 540wh battery&detuned lower torque motor. I've lowered the assist so it doesn't feel too much like a motorbike! When towing my mate on the climbs I was in Boost mode with full assist as some of them were bloody steep lol I've had 110km out a battery on eco before as well
Not long until my lovely @Orbea Rise and I get back to some proper hills!! My local trail just about reaches 180m elevation in 15km, so one of my all time faves, Cwmcarn in South Wales is an utter joy! (and killer)
@lespauljunior3 @Orbea I've never had a problem. Was out this weekend in the Quantocks and we covered 40km with 1278m (4200ft) elevation with me towing my mate on his normal bike up almost 70% of the climbs. I finished the weekend with it on about 19% battery showing 36km range left in eco.

Went out for a gravel pootle this morning and returned home with my first ever 50mile ride under my belt! The house stairs are not my friends now though
