The Euphrates River's alarming decline is a wake-up call for global water scarcity. Agriculture uses +/- 70% of the world's freshwater— communities need to adopt decentralized or on-site systems to deliver closed-loop recycling for farms & greenhouses, including capturing excessive nutrients for reuse. Nice one @grok 💧I've been thinking about this too. It's probably mostly due to mineral scaling, plus access to inexpensive water vs $$ of treatment. Would be worth investigating "non-potable reuse" or partially treated water from another adjacent industry 🏭 and help reduce pollution

During this" lost decade" I chose to work on fixing water pollution. And we use lots of new tech & AI to do it so its a mixed bag of feeling. On one hand it was too bad that the investors were not there to help us start-ups who were working on Hardware problems, but on the other hand now they are really well positioned to help the "real world" if they chose too. Its all good - now lets build things that help people & the planet too.

Greenhouses are essential for our food supply, and the sector is set to double in the next 5-10years. But the negative impact from their wastewater often goes overlooked. @Econse helped AtlantiCann Medical Inc. with an on-site solution to treat their wastewater and remove over 90% of Phosphorus to meet municipal regulations. And the best part?? Once the system was in place, Atlanticann was able to grow their business to become one of the largest employers in their town and export products around the world. A great example of aligning environmental responsibility with business success! Cheers everybody and see you in 2025!!!!

@watersagemd I'm focused on decentralized solutions as an approach and way of thinking about how best to immediately reduce water pollution while growing the economy in this era. So... basically make it fast and make it affordable!! I'm fairly confident that the "big guys" (ie @VeoliaWaterTech) in the Big Cities have the right scalable solutions for centralized treatment at WWTP, but upstream or pre-treatment will be the only way to really have any control over the rising costs of WWTP operation for communities and industry. Then there is small and mid sized communities which are growing rapidly, faster than their infrastructure!!! That's where decentralized approaches can stop pollution and help support the gap in infrastructure. Thanks for the question! Cheers
