@VanessaBritoMia Thank you again! You are an inspiration! I pray to help & positively impact so many the way do you. Everything you shared for gig workers and the self employed, I passed on through Reddit (singing your praises 💛)...so you have helped more than will ever know! Stay well!

@VanessaBritoMia Thank you again! They did approve both of the submitted waivers, Amen!! 🙏 Do I go to the appeal requests (there are 2) and withdraw them? One is for the determination and one is for the overpayment.

@VanessaBritoMia I also added my documentation of my EIN from the IRS and my Sunbiz registration they requested. It is so odd, they requested fact finding in 09/2022...via phone they said. I was never notified via email nor USPS. It is all so bizarre.

@VanessaBritoMia @NewsGuyGreg @MyNews13 Thank you for your hard work Vanessa, and that of the attorney's! Do you think they could file a motion to request the restoral of benefits "pending litigation", as well? This may allow everyone to get some benefits through decision and appeals. Thank you!

@VanessaBritoMia @CareerSourceFL @10TampaBay @Annette_Taddeo @fl_opportunity @unemployed_fla @NewsGuyGreg @JosslynFCN @SaraGirardNews @HLeighWFTS @WPBF_Steve @WFLAJustin Advice from a Career Source worker ~ Had mine reset, was able to claim weeks. Now this week locked out again. **They told me to wait and call the day I want to claim weeks because the system keeps locking people out again. Sometimes within an hour of reset!**

@NeMeSisss06 @Lynns_lust @VanessaBritoMia @FLDEO Make sure you check again within a few days. I got mine reset and was able to claim weeks. Now this week locked out again. They told me to wait and call the day I want to claim weeks because the system keeps locking people out again.

@let40844833 @VanessaBritoMia My apology for the delayed response. I was locked due to “too many attempts” which I had never made. Hope this helps!

@lovergirl561 @VanessaBritoMia Are you fully locked out or does it say "temporary" due to too many attempts? My account said "temporary" so they were able to reset it quickly. I pray this helps!

@lovergirl561 @VanessaBritoMia Please try the second number again. Select "0"/ wait for an operator. She took down my information. I received a call back in less than 2 hours. He asked me a few questions and immediately reset my pin and told me steps to create a new one. I think any Career Source can do this.

@jwormski @VanessaBritoMia Call the 941 again and ask for Mr. Washington. He helped me. I believe they may be getting overwhelmed by calls, but let them know it is a hardship. Hope this helps!
