Did you know you can post on your Google Business Profile, just like you post on social media? Google gives you a Posts feature where you can share new products, services, offers, updates, photos, and videos. So don’t just create your Google Business Profile and leave it there. Keep it active. Don't be surprised when I say that some of your teammates don't look at the project scope or even update the tasks on the project management software you're using. Yes, it's true. I've worked on projects where some team members would complete a task and not update it. Some wouldn't check the tasks assigned to them. Some wouldn't even look at the project documents unless you specifically asked them to. And this is where the Project Manager sometimes starts feeling like they are spoon-feeding the team. Someone once told me, "They already have access to the documents, so they can always go there and make reference to them." And yes, they can. But having access doesn't always mean they will actually look at it. Sometimes, team members have this mindset that the Project Manager is in charge of monitoring everything. So you have to keep saying: "Please update the task." "Have you checked the scope?" "What's the status of this?" "Please go through the requirements again." "Don't forget to update your task." You can give people access to everything they need, but you still have to follow up. This is one reason I believe Project Managers need strong follow-up skills. We are not just assigning tasks and waiting for people to complete them. We have to keep the project moving. And sometimes, that means reminding people about things they already know they are supposed to do. Project Managers are also servant leaders. You are there to support the team, remove blockers, provide direction, and make sure everyone has what they need to do their work. But you also have to keep everyone accountable. Because at the end of the day, having a project management tool doesn't manage the project. People do. And someone has to keep those people moving in the same direction.

SEO is no longer enough for your business visibility. The way people search online has changed significantly with the rise of AI. Google can now provide AI-generated answers, summarize information, and recommend sources to users. People are also using AI tools to ask questions, compare options, discover businesses, and find solutions. So while SEO is still the foundation of online visibility, businesses also need to start thinking about AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization).

Your website has 5 pages . Your landing page has one job. That’s the difference and it’s why landing pages convert while regular websites just… exist. A few reasons businesses lean on them: 1. Easy to track - you know exactly what’s working because there’s only one path to measure If you’re running ads or promoting a specific offer and sending people to your homepage, you’re making them work to find what you already told them about. A client just made part payment for local SEO setup ( Google Business) and Website Indexing. I will also be checking for the website meta setup for SEO like H1, H2, H3, robot.txt, sitemap etc, to ensure proper crawling after indexing. If your business is not visible online, you are losing clients everyday.

Go to google.com/business right now. Search your business name. See what exists. If it is there and unclaimed, claim that today. It takes just a few minutes.

The words on your website are more important than the design. Yes, a beautiful website is great. But if your website doesn't clearly tell Google and your customers what you do, you're missing a huge opportunity.

Business owners: Before hiring someone to build your website, don't just ask if they use AI. Ask how they review, test, and secure the website before it goes live. AI can speed up development, but quality checks is still important.

Unpopular opinion: A website built entirely with AI and launched without proper human review is at risk. AI should assist developers, not replace them. Thoughts?
