Today marks two months in the pit of grief for my lost daughter, Miranda. Since February 16, my family has felt so much kindness from so many. We have met so many fellow dwellers in the pit. My deepest gratitude to all who sent a kind word or thought my way.
In one conversation, someone asked me my reaction to the saying, "Grief is love with nowhere to go." I said it did not feel right, for love always has somewhere to go. I preferred, "Grief is love that perseveres." I'm pretty sure that line is not original to me, but ...
@davidfrum 💔 such an impossible loss. Wishing you some peace in her memory but I can only imagine your pain.
@davidfrum Sincere condolences for your loss. May her memory be a blessing 🙏🕯️🕊️♥️☮️
@davidfrum I read your tribute to your daughter. May her memory be a blessing.
@davidfrum Losing a child is the worse thing and the longest path of grief. Every day, month and year that goes by you always wonder what they would be doing if they had lived.
