@Hertz Still no response from your customer disservice. Your roadside team told me I needed to pay my way back to the rental counter handle. Did I mention I now also have to appear in court for driving with a suspended registration? And you don’t have the courtesy to respond.

Dear @Hertz Your customer service is easily the worst. You’ve taken a family vacation and turned it into a trip to nowhere in sub freezing weather. I can’t even find a way to get a human after four calls and 90 minutes. You’re the problem with America. Shame on you.
