If your developers are regularily in meetings for half their day, you're doing it wrong. Software engineering requires big blocks of deep focus. Chop the day up between meetings and nothing will get done.

We have move to Scrum. No product owner, no Scrum Master, developers tell the business what we are going to work on. I don't think we are doing Scrum except in name.

@SXM_Help It got resolved, but both my wife and I for each car were on the phone for over 30 minutes each time and had to talk with several people. Not good customer service. We are going to file complains at both the state and federal levels.

I could form a club: Seniors who Code. Nobody under sixty allowed! And we’ll all write code in C and COBOL and Fortran! And assembler. Lots of assembler. .... Y’know what? There’d be a _lot_ of women in that club.
