Most privacy conversations focus on the wrong question Instead of asking, “How anonymous can transactions become?” we should be asking, “How can legitimate organizations operate efficiently without exposing sensitive information?” Those are two very different goals, and they lead to very different systems.

My feedback on @Arcium's Staking Dashboard I've been digging into what seems to be lacking to help new users get familiarized and further understand the mechanics beyond a typical DPoS staking dashboard. - Separation by clusters to avoid confusion (total revenue generated every epoch; also details about programs deployed on them). - Displaying the amount of tasks being processed per epoch on clusters (breaking it down per program/s). - Clusters general performance per epoch. A basic formula to get a performance % would look like: 1) (finalized tasks / (finalized + failed + pending tasks)) * 100 2) or excluding pending tasks: (finalized tasks / (finalized + failed tasks)) * 100 - The performance of a specific node can't be calculated accurately, as the public data available of computing tasks transactions is tied to just one node of a cluster, we can't rely on such a metric to measure how a node is actually performing. There's an apparent issue surfacing from the above point: if we are completely blind when it comes to node performance, how can delegators prevent being slashed in anticipation? I've read about node score, and perhaps this could serve at least as an alert, but unfortunately it can't be extracted. By adding or addressing these, or at least some of them, most users in general wouldn't get lost while trying to figure out how staking works on Arcium and how it differs from other models. stake.arcium.com

Staking is now Live.

Arcium is the encrypted compute layer for blockchains. Everything on a public blockchain is permanently visible. That works for speculation but rules out anything that has to keep a secret while it runs. A sealed-bid auction collapses once the bids are visible. An order gets front-run once its size is public. None of this can move onchain because the transaction exposes the secret the moment it is visible. @Arcium separates verification from execution. The outcome stays public and verifiable, while the logic that has to stay hidden runs privately across a cluster of nodes where no single node reconstructs the full data. Arcium's live backend (Cerberus) keeps the result correct as long as one honest node remains. Settlement happens onchain, but the inputs stay private. This opens up a new design space for public blockchains. A launchpad can launch as a sealed-bid auction where no bidder sees the other bids until it closes. A DEX can process an order privately and reduce the surface for MEV. A company can run payroll onchain without exposing its pay structure. Privacy-oriented DeFi has tried to address this by walling off everything, but this came at the cost of composability and fragmented liquidity. Arcium keeps settlement public and composable while the sensitive logic stays hidden. It lets a public chain keep a secret.

Every confidential AI cloud today trusts a CPU TEE somewhere in the stack. Those chips have had over a dozen published exploits since 2020, including key extraction and forged attestation. Arcium Blackthorn removes the CPU TEE from the trust chain entirely.

@DDongJa @Arcium compute fees are paid in SOL, or in the respective native's chain token, as Arcium is chain-agnostic, so expect more chains to accrue value to the encrypted ecosystem in the future

thanks! agree with your point, sensitive data can even still have LLM training purposes in an encrypted environment, which opens the door for a wide variety of use cases that strictly need confidential AI solutions to protect the intellectual property of whatever is being researched or built, heavily lowering the entry barrier that's the most exciting thing, imho, as Blackthorn's anticipation to become the standard of confidential AI democratization is a magnificent move
