@danacarvey My heart is breaking for you! Wishing you and your wife strength.
Having experienced devastating loss myself, I understand what you and your family are going through. Time doesn’t heal all wounds but we find ways to reduce the excruciating pain and we find ways to turn the sorrow of loss into a celebration of what we were blessed with. The late Tommy Lasorda said this after losing his beloved son who died at 32. “Every time I think about my son, I just get very, very sad,” Lasorda said. “But you know something? If God said he would give me a son and then take him away after 32 years, I would say, ‘Damn right. I’ll take him.’ I’m glad for the time we had together.”
@danacarvey I’m so profoundly and sincerely sorry for your loss. May his spirit live on forever. 🕯️
