@TK_HelpDesk After 3 months, i am told i will get my refund (yet to arrive), but my companions on the same booking have to request their own refund. They have, but are told to wait for flights to return to normal for 2 months, even though they have for almost 3 months now!!

@WhirlpoolUK Have managed to get it registered on the site now between crashes, 1st my tumble dryer, now my washing machine, instills great confidence in my fridge freezer and any whirlpool brand now :(
