Day 9 update. long session; full security and efficiency audit across the entire codebase. auth, authorization, rate limiting, input validation, data exposure, file uploads, background jobs, frontend rendering, database queries, environment config. auth hardened. session secret fallback removed, sensitive fields stripped consistently across all user-facing endpoints, admin routes now have defense-in-depth middleware at both the router and route level. input validation added to every write endpoint. entries, comments, revisions, votes, CA embeds. every POST was passing raw request body straight to the database with no schema validation. authorization gaps fixed. mods could approve articles they authored. the check existed on edit approval but was missing on article approval entirely. same-IP approvals now notify all master accounts in real time instead of writing a silent audit log. data integrity fixes. weekly leaderboard reset is now atomic, snapshot write and points reset happen in a single transaction. daily points boost cron checks a last-run timestamp before executing so it can't double-award on restart or overlap. all four background jobs have an overlap guard so a slow run can't spawn a second instance. still building, more soon.

Day 6 update. big session, mostly under the hood; building out the points and ranks system. five tiers from Lurker to OG. earn points by contributing: writing, editing, commenting, rating, referring people. 14 achievements to unlock as you build your presence on the wiki. things like hitting 100 article views, referring your first user, or publishing 100 articles. referral system in progress. every account gets a personal link. earn points when people sign up and publish through it. profile page getting a full overhaul alongside all this. rank progress, achievements, referral stats, payout wallet. rugpull bot is operational. scans Solana daily, runs a full onchain investigation on anything that rugged hard, and Claude writes the article automatically. just needs to be connected to our API routes and every rug gets a permanent record. more soon.

Day 5 update; a lot shipped over the past two days: new KOL directory at /kol. browse and filter all the key players on CT by chain, category, rating, and view count. overhauled the landing page, leaderboard, and profile pages. cleaner layouts, mobile responsive new content type: Coin. Bitcoin, ETH, Solana, memecoins, all the major assets now have their own article format with ticker, chain, and auto-embedded DexScreener charts. 100 new articles added to the wiki. profile pages now support avatar uploads. add a picture, change your password, manage your payout wallet all in one place. also built an AI help panel on the submit page. opens a floating sidebar with pre-built Grok research prompts and Claude writing prompts that update automatically based on your article type. rugpull bot is almost done. every day it scans Solana for tokens that hit $200k+ and crashed 94%+ and runs a full onchain investigation: wallet clustering, deployer funding traces, supply concentration, the whole thing. then Claude writes the wiki article automatically. every rug gets a permanent record. more on that soon. & author bots/automations coming. just getting started.
