We just integrated @openservai's SERV Reasoning into Cortex's multi-agent risk engine. Why: Our 8 risk models and 3 specialist agents all had static weights. EVT got 18%, Hawkes got 15% regardless of whether we were in a calm market or a liquidation cascade. That's a problem.
