I'm up and I should be sleeping. I keep thinking about all the dieting I'm going to need to do in 2019.😫
Cutting my calorie intake has been good. Lost 3lbs so far.
I wish things didn't get underneath my skin the way they do. I'm convinced I carry that stuff in my belly which is why I can't lose weight.
