The cause of death was a "traumatic laceration of the spleen" the coroner said. I have been delivering babies for 31 years & have had my share of difficult deliveries. What happened during the delivery matters and I would expect the coroner and pathologist were aware of the clinical history. This word choice "traumatic laceration" suggests to me that they are confident the splenic injury was caused by trauma. There is little information so I am speculating, but if this was a difficult breech delivery, for example, & it was very hard to get the baby out, and multiple maneuvers were needed, & they found a laceration on the spleen - that would be reason to declare the cause of death "traumatic laceration of the spleen" and also to state that measles was not a contributing factor. The Department of War has confirmed that at least seven U.S. military commissaries have reported refrigeration problems this week, including facilities at Fort Irwin, Holloman AFB, Naval Station Newport, Little Rock AFB, F.E. Warren AFB, Robins AFB and Fort Huachuca. The below photos were posted by Fort Irwin to social media. The disruptions have resulted in some stores restricting sales to dry goods, while refrigerated and frozen products have been removed or discarded. Fort Huachuca reported that all frozen food was spoiled after freezers entered defrost mode. DoW says the Defense Commissary Agency is moving products to alternate temperature-controlled locations and taking precautions to prevent further losses and ensure food safety. The cause remains unknown. Some online speculation has suggested a coordinated cyberattack or deliberate disruption of network connected refrigeration systems, but there is currently no official evidence presented in the article supporting that explanation. But when Flock data was integrated into Evidence.com and Fusus, copies of that data were created in Axon's cloud. When Flock deletes its copies after 30 days, does Axon delete its copies? Axons API severance suggests Axon stopped receiving NEW data, but what about the historical data already in Evidence.com?🚨 If Axon retained historical Flock data in Evidence.com and Fusus, and if that data is now being used to train Axon's AI models , has effectively stolen millions of Americans' location data and is using it for commercial AI development without consent. —— Why this matters? 👀🚨 Now look at what happened in State of Washington Jose Rodriguez's public records requests. 🚨 Cities told courts they could not produce the records because Flock's 30-day deletion policy destroyed them. They paid $300,000 in settlements. Sedro-Woolley paid $40,000. Stanwood paid $40,000. Everett paid $25,000. 🚨 But here is the contradiction that nobody has caught: If Flock data was automatically transferring into Evidence.com, then copies of that data existed in Axon's cloud, independent of Flock's 30-day deletion policy. Evidence.com is an evidence retention platform. It is designed to preserve data, not delete it after 30 days⚠️👀 When those cities told courts they did not possess the records, they may have been wrong. The records may have been sitting in Evidence.com the entire time. Either those cities lied to courts, or they did not know their own evidence platform contained the records they were being sued for.👀 But it gets worse. Look at Flock's behavior. Flock's Vice President of Litigation, Michael Goldsticker, sent emails to city attorneys coordinating efforts to deny the public records requests. Flock was actively helping cities fight disclosure of records that Flock's own system was deleting.👀 Now ask yourself: Why would Flock help cities deny records requests if those records still existed in Axon's Evidence.com? 🚨 Because Flock knew the records were in Evidence.com, and Flock did not want anyone to look there. If someone looked in Evidence.com and found the records, it would expose the fact that Flock's 30-day deletion policy was a sales pitch, not a technical reality. The data was being copied to Axon's cloud, and neither Flock nor Axon was disclosing this to the municipalities or the courts.🚨👀 Flock and Axon collectively allowed cities to pay $300,000 in settlements and incur legal costs while the data may have been sitting in Evidence.com. 👀 🚨 — Now look at Axon's ACEIP program. Axon's own privacy notice says ACEIP "enables us to use Customer Content from participating customers to develop and improve current and future products. Flock data was flowing into Evidence.com through the API integration, that data became Customer Content. If any of those municipalities were enrolled in ACEIP, Axon was using Flock-derived vehicle location data to train Axon's proprietary AI models. Axon's ALPR products are now being sold to municipalities that just fled Flock.
