Thanks to 13 Division Toronto Police and Auxiliary Officers for supporting #ProjectWinterSurvival. They have 10 Police Officers and Auxiliary Officers helping to pack 3500 winter survival kits for distribution to over 200 social service agencies who will distribute to homeless.
