True! This also applies to yourself if you're cold emailing on your own.
And that's okay, it's hard to find product-market fit.
But don't run in circles while the issue could be in your offer.
A lot of you guys need to stop signing clients who have completely zero product-market fit, selling products/services with actual zero demand
Time-suck, soul-suck, waste of mental bandwidth type of client
Tell them you can’t help and keep it moving
I am always flabbergasted by the lack of empathy of bad cold emailers.
Cold emailing follows the same rules as any kind of cold outreach, be it cold calling or door-to-door sales.
If you lack a good reason to interrupt your prospects, you will get kicked out.
The dudes that want "pay per closed deal" agreements are always the ones that can't close a door and are absolutely awful at sales lol

However, the more “no-brainer” the offer, the harder the fulfillment usually.
It’s not uncommon for these businesses to have a high churn rate because some clients expect you to basically close the deal for them and send them the check.
TLDR:
Your offer falls into one of 3 levels:
Level 1: No brainer. You can get away with one sentence cold emails
Level 2: Saturated. You’ll need some personalization, case studies and even a guarantee.
Level 3: Commoditized. You’ll need to go above and beyond.
