@TheDukeWindsor That happens to my neck after lots of screen reading at a desk, but I just take an aleve that has a slight bit of muscle relaxer in it.

@TheDukeWindsor The thing to remember, which ADHD makes hard, is everyone's ADHD presents differently. Strategies aren't universal but I can tell you making Todo lists is typically a distraction for me unless I do a task breakdown. Also as annoying as it sounds you must take more breaks.

@TheDukeWindsor Also based on our behavior in Spanish 2, I'd say it's weird that no one had diagnosed us by then. We were basically all the levels of inattentive, hyperactive, and not to forget disruptive.

@TheDukeWindsor I was diagnosed with ADHD as an adult, female. One of the ways i handle sensory overload is to put on headphones and blast music through them in the dark.
