I’m starting to realise that wearing both an Apple watch and a Whoop band is doing more bad than good to my mental health. Constantly checking these metrics daily can lead to me feeling a certain way if my numbers are lower than what I am feeling. Maybe it’s time to go back to a traditional watch.

@morganlinton Yeah I know the feeling, I am also a very light sleeper and not sleeping much with a 6 week old baby. I may try drop the AW and just stick to whoop and a normal watch.
