URGENT MISSION #Pocatello #ID Army vet Charles has been diagnosed with cancer and is traveling to Salt Lake City UT for oncology services and surgery. We are moving to file a 100% Short Term Disability claim so while all of this going on he is able to pay his rent, pay for gas to Utah (1 hr 30min each way), has heat and food. He has a mass attached to his kidney and there may be some kidney involvement. This mass is 9cm x7cm x 7cm. Bigger than my son when born. Also, he has a daughter but she lives at a distance so there are many working pieces here. 1has service dog, when he is gone who will take care of pet companion? 2when he has procedures, he needs to travel 1 hr 30 min and someone needs to drive him home 3have reached out to Fisher House locally so we can use that when we need too 4he will not be able to work for about 6 months and are considering what to do if? SSDI? $2500 paypal.me/codeofvets
@codeofvets Would help if I could atm. Went through nearly the same scenario a few years ago.
@codeofvets Has he applied for the 'Care in the Community' options? He's far enough away from the VAS facility that he can see local doctors.
@codeofvets The service dog may be allowed to accompany to appts if not too much trouble for him. If that's not an option, I'm willing to help find a day to day puppysitter. I have 20+ yes in animal rescue and contacts nationally. Let me know.
@codeofvets Praying God's Devine Healing Touch for Charles and all his needs are met during this difficult time 🙏❤️🇺🇸✝️
@codeofvets Sending virtual hugs and support! 💪❤️
@codeofvets @KalV194 I sent what I could. God bless Charles and all who step into the gap to make sure he has all he needs. I pray that every care on his heart is lifted and every need fulfilled. 🙏🏼💞
