Code review trick for AI-written PRs: Run the new tests against the old code first. If they still pass, the tests don't cover the change. Agents love writing tests that assert the mock returns what the mock was told to return. This catches it in 30 seconds.

Honest answer: I use both. Grok Bot for daily work, Hermes when I want full control over models and setup. The bigger win was not the tool. It was splitting work across a few small bots instead of one giant one. Less context rot, lower cost.

One big AI agent or a few small ones? I switched to small ones. Why: 1. Context fills up fast and old details get lost 2. Every message costs more as context grows 3. One job per bot is easier to debug 4. You can kill one without breaking the rest Bookmark this.

Many people seem to be confused about he need for having multiple bots at the same time. Rightfully so, because the core reason is not so obvious and actually quite technical: with one bot, context grows faster, and that bot starts costing more + it can't retain the old info. x.com/bobtabor/statu…
Before you give an AI agent access to a real account, set these 5 rules: 1. Start read-only for a week 2. Approve every public action 3. Cap the budget per day 4. Log every action it takes 5. One agent per account Skipping #2 is how agents embarrass you. Bookmark this.
Before you merge code an AI agent wrote, ask it to report 5 things: 1. Files it touched that you didn't ask for 2. New dependencies 3. Deleted tests or checks 4. Error handling it quietly skipped 5. Logic it duplicated instead of reusing Agents rarely flag #5. Check it yourself
