Alcovy Agriculture students had the opportunity to travel to Ireland for 10 days! Throughout the 10 days, the students visited a dairy and beef farm, apple orchard, strawberry farm, Irish Stud farm, toured a mine, saw a sheepdog demonstration, and so much more.

On April 13, the Alcovy Drumline "Heavy Hittas" traveled to compete in a national drumline competition in Memphis, TN.  In attendance were high school and college drumlines from Talladega College, Jackson State University, Langston University, and Lane College. AHS won 1st place
