@bchesky Well, maybe. But then you rolled back most of the ones to help Hosts. Or at least that what your Customer Service people are telling hosts and some of your online docs support.

@Chase and @ChaseSupport having been having Web system meltdowns for over a week. Logins fail, payments can't be made, customer service not taking calls!. What in hell is going on with these companies? Is Wall Street even paying attention?

@Airbnb is the only company where it's ok for customer service people to consistently "hang up" (effectively) on their customers. What is going on with them? No wonder hosts are flocking elsewhere. You need BETTER Customer Service, not cheaper. @bchesky

Why is @AirBNB shutting down listings in the TN Smokies because of black bears? That is mostly why people have visited for 100 yrs! Can't bet the future on low-level, untrained CS agents that are unfamiliar with the market & the company policies. #CustomerServiceFail

It's painful watching @ExpediaGroup kill @vrbo & losing to AirBNB. Really bad decisions over and over. Hey! Listen up! STRs are not shopped like airlines, car rentals, & hotels. Stop trying to make them the same. Oh! Dump the terrible AI tool choosing crappy lead pics.

@bchesky Maybe instead of trying to cut customer service costs (as you told analysts and shareholders) AirBNB needs BETTER customer service to reduce overall costs. Tried calling lately? CSR once said they have 2 mins to get call completed, no matter what. It shows.

So I can’t use Siri because it sucks ass and always will I can’t use HomePod: Siri and homepods can’t play lossless or atmos on HomePod and minis at same time. Can’t use Maps: CarPlay sucks Can’t use Apple Music: CarPlay sucks It’s like Apple doesn’t want customers.

Never seen so much pure hatred targeted at a customer rewards program. @vrbo needs to backoff the One Key thing when it comes to hosts or their will be an exodus. Already killing listings with integration issues and now force-feeding them this.

@CoxComm @fcc Amazing what competition will do. New carrier in market, COX sends offers for 50% lower costs for 2x the service. But...5 calls later - COX will not honor their own offer!! Because "not in their system". Then we were disconnected every time. Reps clueless.

@engadget Great, but that is all about "branding". How about doing something regarding cost, service, and reliability in communities with only 1 provider (holding them hostage to high costs and poor service)
