Found it!! Holy hell what a nightmare! The infamous 911 call reporting a female hanging out of a car happened at 00:04 or 4min after midnight in Tucson HEADED towards Pima County It was buried in dispatch archives w a 2 HOUR discrepancy? Is there an Oracle & River in Tucson too?
