I wanted to provide an update on my experience with the @cybertruck Powershare installation program. After sharing some issues a few days ago here on @X, @siddawa responded and stated he would looking into the issue. Today, I was quickly contacted by a representative from the Powershare Home Backup V2H team, who requested a callback number. During our conversation, I explained that I needed to postpone my installation due to ongoing personal home remodeling. Although there were no immediate solutions, the representative was understanding and open to hearing my feedback about the program. I mentioned that the hardware costs significantly exceed the voucher value, which feels insufficient. I suggested a value-free installation voucher, valid for a reasonable period, which would cover just the promised hardware. I will keep everyone updated on the progress, but I wanted to share that @tesla is actively seeking feedback and making efforts to address concerns regarding the Powershare Foundation Series program.

@chazman @cybertruck @X @siddawa As long as you have a large following here. I worry about customers who don't have a visible presence on social media. Hope you're able to get your installation all sorted, though.
@chazman @cybertruck @X @siddawa Agreed it should be within 12 months of delivery or something like that. Voucher should be equal to the retail price of the equipment.

@chazman @cybertruck @X @siddawa The concern is what customer service would you receive if @siddawa didn’t intervene and/or you didn’t have the X presence you do. I am not a fan of arbitrary customer service. I hope you get a positive outcome for you and others in the same boat.

@chazman @cybertruck @X @siddawa I’m in an even worse predicament. I have to make an installation decision by 4/27 or get a voucher. I don’t even have a VIN for my truck yet. How does this make any sense?
@chazman @cybertruck @X @siddawa Thank you for covering this issue - I have been told that they can not support my home in BC with yet as well and as such, I will cancel the Foundation and wait for the dual base when available…
@chazman @cybertruck @X @siddawa You could have brought out the big guns with more unprotected left turns. Nice of you to hold back. Effective communications is often a lost art. Glad to see some of it occurring.
