@FedEx I’ve only been waiting since the weekend for my sons phone only to be told they attempted a delivery to my house (which was false). After finally getting someone the Rep claims they couldn’t find my house but left a tag (false). This is crazy! Who has my sons phone?

@amazon very very upset. I returned merchandise and instead of me receiving my money back to my card I used initially Amazon decides to issue me a credit without my consent to my card. I would like my money put back on my card that was used not a credit.

@AmazonHelp I have a bal of $54.71 I would like issued back to my original payment method ASAP it was illegal for Amazon to give me a credit without my consent. It should have been put back on my original payment method.

@AmazonHelp I returned several items this past week. I was unaware that I received a credit instead of the items going back to my card used. I called in to inquire why my refunds didn’t show on my card. I was then informed that I was automatically given a credit. That is illegal.
