@giffgaff Yep ive done all of that, then got the ai bot, asked to speak to a human, and as I was typing out the issue it closed the chat and said you sont have anyone to speak to in person and I had to submit an email form that would be looked at in 24 hours

@giffgaff There's no way of speaking to a person there either 😭 the ai chat bot said it would get a person then closed the chat and directed me to an email address. My new phone is going to be utterly destroyed by the time its bounced around a delivery van for 2 more days

What in the absolute hell is going on here. Ordered some grocery items via @JustEatUK from @Morrisons , because they had dairy free ice cream on offer and i have a child with a severe allergy. These items were not delivered and now just eat are refusing to refund!

@ManchesterICP what in the hell is this?? My son was due to have his assessment between Sept and Nov 25 when you paused assessments. New appointments only opened in April, how have they run out of funding in 6 weeks?! Now what? We wait til next April and hope we make the cut? 😩
