@channel_pup I think they should explore Amy’s mystical qualities and if they were really smart they would give her telepathy like Japanese sonic x teased her having.
@channel_pup Have her bond with human characters too kind of like she did in sonic x. Personally I would love to see Amy take interest in cooking like she did with Ella in sonic x. Have Maddie be the one who picks out her dress as like a gift.

For me, I'll make her a scavenger... She was probably a part of that crew Knuckles was hanging with in the second movie. One of them was holding a large hammer similar in colorscheme to her Piko-Piko Hammer...
Idea: So some folks are wondering how you'd fit Amy into Sonic 3 and justify her presence. I say approach that head on. She wants to be a part of the squad but has no idea what to actually offer in the general crisis. Then she gets her moment to shine when she talks Shadow down.
@channel_pup Anyway, that's all speculation for the future, I just wanted to chime in to simmer down the hyperbole going on. The ball's in Paramount's court to regain favor and unify the base; let's hope they show us something to be confident in.

@channel_pup That would be the logical next step in terms of that arc for Sonic, but given the fact that the budget has been writing the plot for a while, I see it more likely that they find a way to create a "one world" like the games on top of Earth. I'd love to be wrong, though.
@channel_pup Good thing you’re making reasonable suggestions. I also mentioned that it’d be best for Sonic 3 to frame it as Amy triggering Shadow’s real memory, because in hindsight, maybe that was a plot point that wasn’t made clear enough in SA2 (1/?)
@channel_pup I just want to say thank you for explaining how you’d fit Amy in Sonic 3 properly, instead of just saying “Amy needs to be in Sonic 3” and leaving it at that. I think your idea would work, especially if her moment is framed as triggering Shadow’s real memory and promise to Maria.
@channel_pup Oh most definitely; the gender ratio this far in is pretty bad. I'm not a big Transformers fan but I'm glad they're finally using Arcee and making female characters main characters; hopefully the Sonic movies don't take that long to do it.
