Kitchener educator @ESL_fairy is trying to feed her students who show up daily hungry. A full tummy helps the brain become full of classroom learning. We need to feed both. Powerful message (& reality) here ⬇️ #OntEd
I have students who show up to school without having eaten breakfast. Students who don't have enough in their lunch bags to last the day. So, I beg for donations to feed them, and spend my own money each week to buy them food. It shouldn't be this hard. #OntEd
