Just collected some brilliant, freshly baled local wildflower meadow to spread out. Each year this patch gets better and better. Exciting to see what comes of it next year.

We used to have lawn here (and during recent drought that would look awful), but gradually the #wildflowers - some of which were on our stand at #Chelsea over the years - have flourished. If we don’t walk or sit on it it’s all going over to #wildflowers #NoMowSummer

A Water Vole disappears! Some people tell me they never see Water Voles along this stretch of water. But, it’s because they make too much noise, as they approach! When you are this small, it can be extremely alarming! @an_ieva @IanDenton12 @holland_tom
