There’s definitely a lot of truth in this. The key word for me is organised, not just in violence. The planning and learning of Western nations has always been superior. The willingness to question. This all stems from the enlightenment/Renaissance period. Where Huntington’s point needs elaborating is the West’s lust for conquering. Whether it’s the British empire, the annexations of the French, Portuguese and Spanish or the modern geopolitics of America. To accomplish that there’s no doubt the violence and bigotry used has been awful.
