After explaining that we have made the payment yesterday, they still insist to my folks (as I was in office) that we havent made payment and ask us to check and confirm in 5 minutes. Is this the way you treat your customers ???

Despite making the payment immediately, they again visit the building on Day 2 and ask us about the bill payment without really checking at the backend if this has been cleared.

@MSEDCL Have you started a new campaign of harassing residents who pay their electricity bills regularly and occasionally miss paying a bill only to find that MSEB staff comes to individual flats on Day 1 and reminds them of missing a bill payment.

Have systems in place where either they send the team with updated information or give a breather to residents to make payments rather than harassing senior citizens unnecessarily. Super disappointed and agitated

That if we do not pay our bill then they will cut off electricity. Despite informing them that the bills have been paid, they refuse to acknowledge it until a payment receipt was shown to them. While I understand the discipline of @mseb to collect money, it will be good to also

@amazonIN I am super frustrated with the callous attitude shown by you all towards an order placed for a mobile phone 7 days back and the same hasn't been delivered. Numerous calls to the customer service team hasn't yielded any result till now.

@officiald2h - I have a request to make that can you atleast impart training to your call centre employees to not insist customers to hear about offers despite telling them that we do not have time. Worst is after politely telling for 3 times, they still end up talking more.
