the 9 members' legal representative has issued a statement. #THEBOYZ #더보이즈 - Attorney Kim Moonhee of Yulchon LLC is the name of their attorney - They represent Sangyeon, Jacob, Younghoon, Hyunjae, Juyeon, Kevin. Q, Sunwoo and Eric ("the artists" - they have stated their official position through this statement - the members have notified 100 ("the company") of their contract termination on FEBRUARY 10, 2026 due to violation of the contract and the damage of the trust they have. and ACCORDINGLY, the contracts have then been terminated and are no longer valid. - after the settlement the artists received on the 2nd Quarter of 2025, the company have not been able to pay the artists any proper settlement since JULY 2025 - despite the artist's continuous requests to see basic records such as the contract, the company refused these requests without any justifiable reasons - recent news also have revealed that advanced payments in millions of won have been made for the artist's activites and the company did not provide any justifiable reason and explanation as to why they haven't paid their settlements with the artists. - throughout this whole process, the artist's still carried on with the activities to keep their promise with fans. - not only have they not provided expenses for what the artists' need but also neglected usual management responsibilities such as WITHHOLDING payment for the staff for several months. - the psychological distress and pressure that the artists had to endure were immense. So ultimately, they have concluded that this situation can no longer be tolerated and can no longer continue, terminating their exclusive contract. - the artists have agreed that damages from this situation must not affect innocent third-parties such as the fans, partners, etc. - They have also decided to continue with the April concert and fulfill all previously confirmed schedules - New has expressed his intention to maintain his exclusive contract, after consulting with the members. they respect each other's choices and opinions. - the boyz are willing to explore and cooperate to extents necessary to find the best direction for the team and the fans - LASTLY, they request that people refrain from making speculative or unfounded reports that are contrary to the facts. - they ask for encouragement and support for all the members who are giving it their all, in their respective areas.
