@carnivoremax If that is a steak just put it on a hot BBQ grill, sizzle for 7 minutes. Then turn steak and sizzle for another 7 minutes. At that point use a meat thermometer to an internal temperature of your suiting, turning occasionally. Once acceptable the steak is ready for salt & butter.
@carnivoremax Quick defrost trick. Put the bag well sealed in a bowl of water. Let warm water flow in slowly. Should be ready in 30 minutes
@carnivoremax I’m curious about the all meat diet. What are your cholesterol levels(LDL,HDL) & what is your coronary calcium score, if you’ve had the scan done.
