I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. I’ll scream this from the roof of the pentagon until the day I die. If one or two soldiers from your unit impacts unit operations, we have a much bigger issue to discuss.
@callsigncowgirl Well… the Army is short nearly 18,000 enlistees, which means 18,000 unfilled positions , so they just might. In support of your statement, yes, we do have a much bigger problem. In part, will 2 affect total operations? Probs not.

@callsigncowgirl While that’s true, the issue is how to decide from a hundred soldiers with reasons to be absent which one or two are worthy of missing while not ruining the morale of the other 98.
@callsigncowgirl One or two soldiers can make a major impact but if they are irreplaceable that’s a big problem for an organization that is prepared to go to combat.
