A Biden judge in Boston just parked the deportation planes. Again. Judge Brian Murphy is the name. Warren and Markey helped put him on the bench. He already tried to freeze third country removals. The Supreme Court slapped that down more than once. Then the First Circuit put his ruling back in force and Attorney General Todd Blanche had to run to the Court the same day to get the tool turned back on. Flights got canceled while a district judge in Massachusetts decided he runs immigration. ⚖️ Here is the part the press skips. Third country removals exist because a lot of home countries refuse the plane. Criminals and illegal aliens sit here while lawyers invent a new hearing for every destination. Murphy wants notice, a contest, and more process before the government can move them. That is how you keep people who were already ordered out. Americans voted for removals. They did not vote for one Boston courtroom to grind the whole operation to a halt overnight. If a country will not take their own back, the United States does not owe them an extra hotel stay while the clock runs. Show his picture. Remember the name. Then watch the Supreme Court have to clean it up one more time. 🇺🇸

Today is the last day that the US Senate is in session till AFTER the midterm elections. The House is also out and has been out for 2 weeks. No Save America Act before the midterm elections. Predictable. Disappointing. The Senate Democrats didn’t leave town today before blocking the vote to ban Congressional stock trading. It was blocked by @TheDemocrats!
