@SpainInTheUSA the government of Spain issued national warning past 8pm where the whole of Valencia was in hell due to the flooding. Flooding had been going on since at least 8 hours. So much technology for nothing. Total Fail

@BBCWorld They issued warnings at 8:11pm when the whole of Valencia was in hell #INUNDACION there was no warnings prior to that we were stuck in traffic for 8 hours and then we received that message. Total Fail

We were stuck in the A3, km 285 (direction Madrid) between #Utiel and #Requena since 12 noon and we got a warning 8 hours later while we were at standstill in traffic shame on you, all that technology and you didnt issue warnings until everyone was in hell #Spain #Dana #Espana
