this is absolutely true, experienced it first hand on several projects. however, right now, we are looking at a changing business environment. AI is gobbling up this work. I think very soon, if not already, it’s going to be more profitable/efficient to keep these workstreams within the direct project team with no offshoring. curious if this trend continues and what the implications are.

More things to do to easily meet women/people socially (A-to-Z list): • Art gallery openings • Book clubs • Ceramics • Dance lessons (beginner) • Exercise classes (spin, HIIT, CrossFit) • Farmers’ markets • Guided bar/pub crawls • Hostels (hang in the common room) • Improv classes • Jazz clubs • Karaoke • Language classes • Meetup groups • Networking events • Overseas group tours • Pickle ball • Quiz nights • Run clubs • Skiing • Tennis • Ultimate Frisbee • Volunteer events (animal shelters, food banks, fund raisers) • Wine tastings • X.. (sorry, I got nothing here) • Yoga • Zumba (people still do it & it’s actually mostly women) You are not restricted to only dating apps, cold approach, or hanging out with your neighbors / coworkers. There is lots of other stuff to do and you should probably be doing some of it.

After smoking for 33yrs I can tell you with absolute certainty that weed makes you dumber, less confident & it hurts your sleep. Weed is addictive and of all the drugs I’ve done, and I’ve done a lot, weed was the worst for me and hardest to quit.🍄 in nature is good, that is all.

Recently my therapist told me "Habits like smoking, drinking, chronic lack of sleep, or disordered eating are often forms of self-sabotage. When you suppress a massive amount of anger toward others, that energy has to go somewhere.
