@SouthwestAir when I went to check in with my exit row seat, your app has two buttons very close together and with my minor tremor, it caused me to hit the decline which booted me out of my exit row seat I paid for to a middle seat and now you tell me oh well.

@SouthwestAir it's nice being at the airport at 5 am unable to board a flight because one of the flight attendants was still at the hotel. If I oversleep I miss my flight. If your flight attendants oversleep you leave a plane full of people waiting around.

@Delta I really appreciate getting to sit in the Sky Club in Terminal D in Atlanta listening to a dog bark non-stop. Absolutely worth the money I spend for a relaxing place when a dog constantly barks.

@AmericanAir While I recognize some people need early boarding, that means the exit row should be empty as those individuals can't sit in those seats and yet the exit row was not empty.

@AmericanAir I follow the rules and board with my boarding group. As the first person when the boarding agent calls group one, this is the jet bridge. Benefits of Executive Platinum aren't worth it when you don't enforce them. Odd that the entire exit row was filled...

@AmericanAir Would be great now that you actually got us to NY if you could get us off this plane. Waiting over 10 minutes so far for a gate agent to move the jet bridge so we can get off this plane.

@AmericanAir Apparently you are able to turn back time since your flight is on time even though it is after departure time and we haven't even boarded. Can't even update your passengers on flight status properly.

@BestBuy Bought a refrigerator from you and the team delivering it damaged it. They said go to the store. Store said have to call 800 number. 800 number said have to go to the store. Now I have a damaged refrigerator and BB keeps pointing fingers at itself and no one helping!

@KSAGOffice Can you help me understand how my children's special ed requirements are going to be met? The special ed law requires that the State meet their IEP requirements. Can't do that with generic distance learning. My kids have rights under KS law.

@ksdehq Please let me know how you plan to fulfill my children's special education needs. Closing school buildings doesn't alleviate the State's obligations to meet their IEP under the State's special education law. No provision to suspend special ed rights.

@ksdehq Why on Earth can't we handle this week by week as things develop? What if this ends up not as bad as people think it might? Making a decision now that significantly harms children based on assumptions is irresponsible. What is the harm in making decisions as this develops?
