@Apple your trade in process is a mess. After sending my working MacBook Air for a trade in I’m told there is a defect on the screen not detectable to the human eye. Then I’m told “you can get it back but the OS may not be restored” -Apple Mgmt. Seriously?!!!!

@MDT_Diabetes We got a call this afternoon. 1) Need to inform users on the site that myLearning cannot be used on an iPad 2) Chrome browser cannot be used only Safari if using a Mac. This would save a lot of wasted time and frustration. Thanks for getting us help.
@MDT_Diabetes My wife recently received a Mini Med 670G and was told to complete the tutorials on myLearning. There is no sound on many of the tutorials. She has three tickets in for over one week and no response. Please help!
