One possibility here is that another family member is the target of the criminal investigation. She's a witness, therefore raiding her isn't affecting her election under the manual. She's not the target. But whatever evidence they find could lead to an ancillary action by the Justice Department. That is, let's suppose that she committed immigration fraud—and I'm not saying she did, but if she did—in an earlier time frame outside the statute of limitations, there is no statute of limitations for being deported or denaturalized. And so it could very well be that what's going on here is they're gathering evidence of a denaturalization proceeding, which is not a criminal proceeding, which the U.S. Attorney's Manual does not require that 60-day window before elections not to do actions."

The Democrats hate Trump. Their RINO friends hate Trump. The media hates Trump. There’s no denying that. All their hatred is spewed to their base and they hate Trump. The one thing you never hear is why? Why all the hatred? Is it because he delivers on all his promises? Is it because he fights for the people and our country? Is it because he brought our military back to being the most respected in the world? Is it because he brought world leaders and businesses from across the globe and got them to invest trillions into our country? So then why the hate? A better question is what have the Dems done? Our military built on discipline, respect and heart turned into frolicking grounds. The military under them turned into men wearing dresses, DEI, and Woke. A look so weak to the world it allowed Russia to invade Ukraine a war that even Putin said would have never happened under Trump. China was ready to take Taiwan, ready to take their place as the new number one world power. Iran was rolling in money and funding terrorists throughout the Middle East. Oct 7th would’ve never happened if Trump was President This isn’t an opinion. These are the facts. This is what was happening in the real world. America was getting weaker, the citizens were getting poorer, our education system became a breeding ground for brainwashing our kids against America. What they did was mentally destroy our future. That was the plan, to get our kids under their control They even went as far as not allowing parents to make decisions for their own kids. We watched them open our borders, we watched them try and take over our kids. These are indisputable facts. We watched them rig our courts with woke DEI liberal judges. We watched them try and defund the police. We watched them strip all law enforcement from their powers. Imagine this country without law enforcement? We have two choices. The Trump administration announced the new public-charge rule in July. It was scheduled to take effect Friday. Democratic-led states and cities waited until September 14 ... four days before implementation—to race into federal court seeking to stop it. Then came the punchline: part of the alleged harm is that immigrant families could stop using welfare programs. That is an extraordinary own-goal. The rule allows immigration officials to consider non-cash benefits such as food stamps and Medicaid when deciding whether a green-card applicant is likely to become primarily dependent on government support. Under the Biden-era rule, those benefits were generally excluded from the calculation. Letitia James says the policy “counts on families forfeiting” food assistance, healthcare coverage and other benefits. Zohran Mamdani says it could push immigrant families away from programs that have kept people “fed and healthy for decades.” So follow the sequence. Publish the rule. Wait. Wait some more. Charge into court days before implementation screaming emergency. Then explain that the emergency includes fewer people taking taxpayer-funded benefits. That is one hell of a political filing. For years, the immigration debate and the welfare debate were treated as separate boxes. This lawsuit drags both boxes into the same courtroom and tapes them together with the plaintiffs’ own arguments. They manufactured the emergency.
