I recently met a guy who sold his real estate portfolio of 500 homes to buy #bitcoin 4 years ago. He tells his real estate friends (who are still in it) that he has “never been called by Bitcoin about a tenant problem” and that he can sell iit to anyone in the world 24/7/365 without a third party involved. They still don’t get it. This is the way ⤵️

@bramk @mike_of_oz I had saved up a good amount of money with the intention of getting into rentals, started attending RE meetups, and then decided Bitcoin was the way to go 😂 never looked back.
@bramk @100trillionUSD @100trillionUSD I had an investment property in Auckland that I've owned for 10 years. Long story short, the labour government changed the tax rules so that mortgage interest was no longer tax deductible. We sold up & sunk the lot into BTC! No regrets! No stress!
