Today, our hearts are broken. Buster Keenan, who has been a part of the Boulder Book Store family since the late 1980s, has very unexpectedly passed away. He was an integral part of our store for over 30 years.
If you've ever walked into the Upper North Room & heard the recording telling you to watch your step, you've heard his voice. If you've ever admired the section signs, you've appreciated his work. If you've ever emailed [email protected], you've reached out to him
He did so many important and varied things around our store that we were never sure what his title should be - I sometimes referred to him as "our IT guy", sometimes as "Project Manager" - but anyone who knew him even a little knew his catchphrase, "Anything I can help you with?"
So people of Boulder, when you come into our store over the next few weeks, please understand that we will all be moving a little slower.
