@Uber_Support You don't understand the frustration or you would help. Your team member was not helpful and repeated what everyone else said but has not provided me with any real answers. Your own website says my car is valid, but it is still rejected. No one will tell me why.

I find it interesting that @uber is not interested in helping keep a 5 year long driver on the road. I thought they needed drivers. Trying to update reg on existing car, says car is not a valid vehicle but UBER website says different. They wont let you speak that can help.

@Uber_Support Well thanks for nothing. Your team keeps repeating the same thing over and over with no explanation. Thankfully @Lyft doesn't have this problem so I will just drive for them 100% of the time.

@Uber_Support @Uber Can you answer a question for me as there seems to be some confusion between your website FAQ and the people that man your help desk. Is a 2019 4-door Ford Ranger an approved vehicle to drive on the Uber platform. According to your website it is.

@Uber_Support Thanks for the reply but you did not answer the question directly. According to the site you referenced, the vehicle I have is qualified, so why do they keep rejecting my renewal of it. I have used this vehicle for 2 years now. I can't get anyone to answer this.

@AmericanAir you should look to revamp your boarding process. It’s such a goat rodeo. The agents never enforce the boarding rules, people crowd the gate, it’s always a mess. There has got to be a better way.
